I have worked in the recruiting industry since 2003, taking time off since 2016 to be a full time mom. I most recently utilized my telecom recruiting experience to secure talent for Ericsson on the University Relations Team. Prior to corporate recruiting, I worked for a firm that recruited finance and accounting professionals. My recruitment career started at Robert Half. I helped organizations fill their administrative and clerical positions which involved me recruiting and placing individuals and selling our services to companies in DFW. I managed a team of 6 individuals who produced as well. I ranked #5 internationally for OfficeTeam for 2006 and we were the #5 team internationally throughout my time as manager. I then moved to an outside sales role for CareerBuilder.com where I assessed the best ways that our tools could strategically staff organizations in Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.
