My responsibilities as Office Manager include all regular duties of Executive Assistant to the CEO and President of Olmsted Network; managing the office and personal outlook calendars, scheduling meetings, following up with event/webinar/meeting attendees, preparing timely correspondence, reports, and thank you notes for the CEO’s signature. The Food Recovery Coordinator is responsible for the operations and management of dispatch, data entry and donor/nonprofit communications. The position places strong emphasis on coordination and supervision of Food Rescue Hero volunteers and daily redistribution of food.
