As Global Head of One Client, I will lead Wealth Management’s strategy development and execution for driving world class client loyalty and growth by bringing the Best of BMO (Wealth Management, Capital Markets, Commercial and Retail) to all clients as their trusted partner in achieving their financial goals and objectives.

In this new role I will lead the Wealth Management group’s efforts to drive industry leading client and employee loyalty as it represents the foundation of how we grow and win. I will also lead the One Client/One BMO strategy by creating pathways to capitalize on existing connections across our Commercial, Capital Markets and Retail partners to support our short and long term growth objectives. Through the Employee Strategy, I will lead the creation of an industry leading fully integrated employee experience program that allows us to attract and retain the best and brightest talent globally.

In this role, I lead the end to end change, communication and adoption for infrastructure delivery as well as the ideation, introduction and adoption for all employee technology. I also report on our work quarterly to U.S Regulators. Current programs include: Leading the development of the bank’s Smart Building strategy; Leading the creation of an employee experience focused digital training hub; Leading the redesign of the bank’s employee onboarding program; Leading the bank’s New Ways of Working (physical and digital space redesign) strategy; Leading the redesign of the bank’s physical space to support a new remote and hybrid workforce.

I led the development and execution of the workplace experience tech team strategy that centers around the employee experience with a specific focus on employee collaboration, customer engagement, productivity tools and environmental efficiency.

In this role I developed and led the sales growth strategy of all treasury management services and payment solutions for the Business Banking segment, overseeing a team of 45 seasoned regional sales professionals- I led the differentiation of our offering by providing unparalleled client service, and a commitment to meet the unique needs of a diverse group of businesses, including manufacturing, insurance, healthcare and franchisees for both small and large enterprises. - I led the restaffing of our leadership team to include a diverse set of leaders that brought relevant sales and lending expertise that allows the group to engage in robust conversations across all segments of a business’s operations. - Mentored and coached sales leaders to achieve personal and professional success through career development and skill enhancement, advocating for community involvement and leadership training- Acted as a frequent subject matter expert for national print and online media; represent BMO as a guest speaker and presenter at various forums, conferences, seminars and related events
