Initially hired to start a Disclosure Department. Later selected to start and eventually manage a Sales Support Desk. Hired to manage the production of files and facilitate their movement through the pipeline to allow the Loan Officer time to pursue new business partners. Hybrid position featuring Loan Officer knowledge and Processing knowledge.► Simultaneously assisted up to 7 originators and 4 processors. Served as a transition assistant for new LO's to ease them into the system, while maintaining long term Loan Officer's for several years.► Pre-Approve borrowers by analyzing credit, obtaining and analyzing income documentation from client and ordering appropriate supporting documentation.
