After recently acquiring my Google Certificate in Digital Marketing and E-Commerce, I'm excited to combine my new skills with my existing accomplishments. I have 7 years of experience in Property Management specializing in follow ups and relationship building. I have 24 years of Customer Service background and specialize in active listening and asking questions to better serve clients. I also excel at communication either verbally or through email or chat.I also have a podcast called Woo Woo Woo the Podcast based out of DFW where my best friend and co-host Ramelle and I talk about pop culture from the 90's and 2000's to now. We currently have listeners in over 7 countries, 30 states in the US, and 70+ cities with a large portion of those listeners based in DFW. As our podcast grows, so does our potential.
