Served as an Implementation Lead for the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC) with the successful migration of core financial accounting and procurement operations for 94 judicial district courts into one single, shared database of Momentum Federal Financials v7.0.2. The AOUSC’s migration included budget, procurement/acquisitions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reports system modules.As part of the Veterans Affairs (VA)'s Financial Management Business Transformation (FMBT) program, served as a functional lead during the BPR phase of the program. The BPR phase included business process re-engineering and design, documentation of configuration decisions and recommendations and establishing standards across all VA organizations in preparation for their Momentum financial system implementation.

• Lead and managed the requirements, design, testing and successful implementation of an integration between the agency’s E2 travel software and the Momentum financial software that simplified and improved the travel process for an international agency worldwide.• Trained users in Washington and various worldwide Missions (i.e., Cambodia, Jordan, Senegal, etc.) on the travel interface. Provided user-friendly training materials for training classes ranging from 10 trainees to 20 trainees and remained the main point of contact for questions and coordination post-training. • Engaged with the client and performed an invoicing business process review that provided recommendations to improve their invoicing business processes for Washington and Missions worldwide.• Coordinated with various teams to conduct a large testing effort to upgrade the international agency’s Momentum financial software. Testing included regression testing, issue testing, unit testing and user acceptance testing and was completed on schedule.• Reported directly to the international agency Senior Management on issues and topics surrounding the integration, upgrade status and project Earned Value Management (EVM). Managed the project EVM for a 3 million dollar project with over 20 team members.• Managed two separate teams, Travel Integration team and Upgrade team, with oversight of project management and production support/help desk.
