While I have managed various areas such as operations, billing and customer service, my role has been consistently that of a change agent. This role capitalizes on my process oriented, customer focus and team building strengths. My management experience along with my entrepreneurial spirit and my interest in helping animals prompted me to start my own pet care business. My business is 6 years old, strong and growing and I look forward to growing as a businesswoman.
