The Global Operations Platform organizes the operations between the different regions, customers and projects of SOA People, a leading European partner in business strategy executing 100% powered by SAP.The main role of this Platform is to optimize the planning of internal and external consultants and find sourcing solutions to staff customer missions. This demands a constant contact with sales and delivery management to find the best solutions to meet our customer challenges. A regular contact with the senior management of the group to provide analyses and actions plan are the other main driving elements in these operations to participate to the fast and profitable growth of the company in Europe. Finally, the Platform is also responsible for both forecasting the corporate revenue and the occupation summary, as well as the invoicing of all customer activities (both services and products).To my main tasks belong:- Management of the planning, sourcing and operations support teams;- Develop and execute a sourcing strategy for the collaboration with freelancers, broker agencies and services companies;- Execute the corporate forecast on both revenue as well as occupation (bi-weekly);- Coordinate the customer billing and perform month-end closing;- Provide input to strategic decisions that affect the work force capacity;- Member of the Belux and France Management teams;This role reports to the Global Operations Platform Head and the Chief of Operations.
