Musicopia's mission is to provide opportunities for children to experience, learn, perform, and appreciate music. My role is to direct, manage and book a roster of 100 artists in over 2,000 residency and assembly programs each year, serving over 15,000 children throughout the Greater Philadelphia area. Many of our programs are grant-funded, so much of my role is to steward these granted funds towards the programming that will be most beneficial to and appropriate for each school.

Mamadêlê Foundation is an organization which produces performances, classes and trips which deal directly with the culture of Bahia, Brazil. Primarily working with our four performance groups organizing performances, educational initiatives and trips to Brazil, we seek to educate the American public of the diversity and energy found in the music and dance of Bahia.

Established in 1987, we are an independent public folklife agency that documents, supports, and presents Philadelphia-area folk arts and culture - including the arts of people who have been here generations and those who have just arrived. We work to preserve and strengthen the folk cultural life of our communities because we believe that the quality of urban life is directly related to the persistence, diversity and vitality of our vernacular folk cultures.

Premised on the belief that the arts are an effective vehicle for social transformation, Dance Theatre Etcetera unites artists and community members as co-creators in dynamic cultural activities. Through site-specific performances, festivals, parades, and performing arts and media education programs, Dance Theatre Etcetera stimulates the social imagination through acts of informed expression, creating a more just and joyful world.
