• The DLCC is fighting to elect local Democrats, retake statehouses, and end right-wing gerrymandering across the country. In my role I am responsible for:
• Managing a department of twenty-four with four direct reports.
• Serving as a strong leader on DLCC’s Senior team, driving the political strategy, the redistricting strategy, and the development of new departments and structures.
• Managing partner and ally relationships for the organization.
• Fundraising and increasing partnership and giving from labor partners and other allies in the space. Most notably in my position, I helped the organization raise a record $50 million by cultivating new mega-donors at.

Washington D.C. Metro Area

• Built IE systems, including state-specific firewalls, grew and developed the largest IE staff team at the DLCC.
• Ran an equitable IE consultant RFP process that resulted in the most racially diverse and gender diverse consulting team ever, 58% women 26% people of color.
• Worked with partners and donors in Virginia to inform them on gaps and raise money for both the DLCC and the Virginia House and Senate Caucuses.
• Ran experiment in Virginia to increase voter turnout in an off-year election; applied learnings in the next year.
• Ran an IE to preserve the Governor’s veto in Louisiana by preventing the LA House from falling into a Republican Super Majority.
