Responsible for supporting the development, compliance and documentation of the management systems in Refining & Logistics including workflows for Maintenance, Reliability, Projects, Materials Management, and Operational Improvement. Additionally, aiding Refining & Logistics in identifying additional management systems to be included in the Workplace Excellence umbrella and working with identified Process Owners to build workflows and tools to better define how we do our work, train employees on our processes and ensure through audits that our management systems are healthy and create value for the organization.

Initially responsible for completing the implementation of the EAM/Workplace Excellence (WE) including the development of the associated performance metrics via Microsoft Dynamics AX and To-Increase Enterprise Asset Management. Structuring, manipulating and scrubbing Legacy CMMS/EAMS/ERP data. Combining data from several sources (hard copy, electronic files, etc.) into one for ease of loading into new systems. Specializes in the day-to-day functions a CMMS/EAMS system is to perform; these functions include Purchasing, PM scheduling, Bill of Material creation, Work Order creation and closure. -Bill of Material creation has allowed me to develop good working relationships with multiple vendors internationally. -In Purchasing, I create requisitions, purchase orders, and receive invoices for payment.-Developed numerous programs for inputting complicated Work Order Feedback forms into a format acceptable by CMMS/EAMS text fields. Goals of this position were to ensure timelines and all required steps during plant outages, new installations, and equipment revisions were met and exceed company expectations.
