Who says Supply Chain can't be fun? I enjoy creating order where there is chaos and like motivating people by leading with a positive perspective. People don’t work well in a cluttered environment, so I lead them to clean things up so they can work more efficiently. I don’t mean breaking out the disinfectant wipes (well, I do if that’s necessary), I mean optimizing the work flow and the supply chain. And people don’t work well if they are unhappy, so I come in with a smile, humor and positivity that is contagious. I excel helping companies and people maximize their success by applying a balance of business management, technical knowledge, communication and leadership. I have had the pleasure of working for some incredible Fortune 500, non-profit and mid-size companies that foster innovation and let peoples’ talents flourish. My resume states that I’ve held positions in procurement, demand planning, supply planning, project management and supply chain leadership which rounds out my credentials as a supply chain professional.
