I was brought into the organization to leverage out of the box SharePoint tools, third party tools, and my experience in promoting end user adoption to design, develop, and deploy business process solutions. I have created a policy and procedure tool, an integrated time tracking and work request tool, and customized search results and display templates for multiple SharePoint solutions. I collaborated with a team of developers to build out a new intranet for the health system. My focus was on developing reusable site templates to support various business functions, building an integrated and customized search experience, and developing training videos and materials for end users. I have also designed sites and lists to deliver business analytics and reports to the system, build out and continue to maintain the content type hub and implemented iterative improvements to the work request tracking and policies and procedures tools.I was also responsible for on-going support for end users and projects. My primary responsibilities as the communication associate for Colorado site operations were internal communications, community relationship management and facilitation of the Amgen Foundation giving in Colorado. I was also responsible for the development and integration of SharePoint systems to support business processes. I created out of the box and customs SharePoint solutions to support business needs, automate processes, and create business value.I worked across departments to promote employee engagement and corporate citizenship by arranging local volunteer projects, an annual volunteer fair, staff networking events, and the annual staff picnic. I provided coordination for site meetings and site visits for internal and external visitors and VIPs. I was responsible for the review and approval of grant inquiry requests made to the Amgen Foundation for organizations located in Colorado. I coordinated and facilitated quarterly meetings of the local grant review committee to determine the best grants. Separately I managed the local corporate sponsorship and donation budget.
