I’m a Learning Program Manager in HR who enjoys finding solutions to enhance the skills of a team. I love helping people develop and gain new skills, so after a career of climbing the finance ladder, I changed my path to HR to focus my passion full time on people development. I’m a naturally curious person which drives me to learn from others; I’m optimistic, as I believe there is always a better, smarter way; and lastly, I love change as it allows me to continue to grow and make new connections. Another passion I have is speaking with University students who want nothing more than an opportunity to work for my company.
