From connectivity, voice, and video, to data systems and security, we focused on understanding our customers' businesses and their goals and helping them achieve optimal outcomes. I led the data center account team responsible for selling Cisco's data center products into 20+ Delaware Valley enterprise level accounts. I collaboratively developed data center strategic plans with multiple technical resources and account teams to position data center solutions with our customers. I was responsible for developing internal and external ecosystem relationships to increase sales opportunities. I created and led trainings to cross train sales teams on data center technologies.

I leveraged my experience in technology and telecom to drive sales into named regional enterprise accounts at Cisco. During my tenure as an Enterprise account manager, I drove more than $1M in new opportunities through a “long tail” customer nurturing program and was a two-time recipient of our quarterly regional “Big Deal” award.

Held multiple roles: Account Manager at SBC Communications in the reseller in higher education and healthcare, which was later acquired by AT&T. Post-acquisition, I served as an Account Executive for AT&T's Signature Client Group, supporting Sungard where I led a cross-functional team of 16 and managed $40+M in annual recurring revenue and grew mobility services revenue 3% year over year.

I was responsible for bringing in new customers and sales for Emtec's product resale, advisory, integration, and managed service solutions.
