Signify Health's Episodes of Care division organizes networks, builds software and delivers services that support the organization and financing of healthcare around a patient’s episode of care. Experience leading strategic payer and provider client relationships across the division. Currently work with a State-sponsored employee health plan (225k+ members) in the Commercial Episodes of Care business. Partner with employer, payer and providers to lower costs and improve outcomes with episodes built around chronic conditions and procedures. Previously worked with both national hospital systems and physician group practices in the CMS Bundled Payment for Care Improvement Advanced program (BPCIA), driving year over year program savings while cross-selling to increase program offerings. Responsible for managing all aspects of the program including strategy, client management, financial and operational performance, care redesign, analytics and technology.
