Lead the programming effort for coupling the General Thermospheric (GT) and the Ionosphere-Plasmasphere-Electrodynamics (IPE) models. Developed tools to validate the interface between the models and the model results. Lead the programming effort for the Wang-Sheeley-Arge (WSA) solar wind and interplanetary magnetic field prediction model (http://www.swpc.noaa.gov/ws/).Designed, developed, tested, documented and maintained the WSA model and the related visualization software and version control.Collaborated with users outside of NOAA to coordinate model enhancements and metadata.Designed scripts to install and validate the WSA model on other computers and platforms.Constructed scripts to automatically retrieve observatory data; interpolate and run the WSA model; plot and display output on the WSA Space Weather Prediction Center web page.Implemented the Magnetopause Crossing, Proton Integral Flux, and Proton Event Detection algorithms; created proxy data and developed visualization and test suites for space weather instruments on the R-series Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellite (GOES-R).Designed and created D-Region Absorption Prediction operational plots (http://www.swpc.noaa.gov/drap).
