Drove strategy and oversaw execution for Cerner’s annual health care event, Cerner Health Conference (CHC), which attracts more than 10,000 attendees from more than 20 countries• Implemented an education strategy spanning nearly 250 education sessions• Created a gallery spanning over 100,000 sq. ft. for clients and prospects to engage in our solutions and services • Managed keynote and industry speaking sessions including content strategy and direction and stage design • Oversaw associate communications and education programming Manages Cerner's 80+ in-person sponsored events • Implemented a standardized approach of managing and executing events with cross-functional teams to streamline work effort • Created new nomenclature and approach to all Cerner events to create consistency and meets industry best practices Oversee's the 100+ industry conference trade shows Cerner attends each year that scales from small 100 sq. ft. to 15,000 sq. ft • Created processes to improve efficiencies across work effort • Designed booth properties that can work for small to large scale shows to save on overall costs

Drove Cerner's year round engagement with the largest health care IT industry association, the Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS) which includes the strategy and execution for Cerner's 8,000 sq. ft. - 15,0000+ sq. ft. exhibit presence at the annual conference. • Lead on the content and design strategy for booth presence meeting with executive stakeholders to vet, gain approval on direction and design • Drove strategy on experiential elements to bring Cerner's brand to life through the conference and booth experience • Managed a large scale financial plan • Created an associate engagement and education programming for the 200+ traveling associates that included pre-conference communications and web-based education as well as an in-person training • Provided conference sponsorship recommendations and managed execution • Crafted external communications plan to engage with clients and prospects prior to, during and after the event
