Led strategic communications, boosting positive publicity, improving internal communications, and building public understanding of district decisions during times of change and intense public debate. This provided $80,000 for a 7-district collaborative on trauma-informed education, $63,000 for a middle school AVID program, $45,000 to launch the Confucius Classroom program, and $138,000 for sixth grade Outdoor School.As a nationally accredited public relations professional and past president of the Oregon School Public Relations Association, I served as mentor to colleagues in several neighboring school districts. -
