Most recently, I worked for BetterUp where I launched numerous innovative coaching offerings - two of which became the highest rated and fastest growing. I also led the Global Coach Community team where I developed the next level strategy for the online community and built relationships with many coaches, earning their trust and praise. Prior to BetterUp, I led Grief Warrior which has brought recognition, respect and reconnection to the grieving through leadership and managerial trainings and workshops, 1:1 & group coaching, grief communities, Heartfelt gift packages and digital courses (LinkedIn Learning: “Supporting a Grieving Employee: A Manager’s Guide” and a Heartfelt grief course). I founded Grief Warrior as my forever love letter to my husband, Steve, who died of cancer in 2015. Another part of my career that I’m very proud of is the work that I did with small business owners at Intuit QuickBooks. There, I led the launch of new offerings in emerging markets, evangelized small business customers as a spokesperson and speaker, and built the QB Community to serve over 5M customers. This work came out of my entrepreneurial experience co-founding NutraBella where I co-created Bellybar - a line of prenatal snacks and supplements. I sold proudly into Target, Walgreens, CVS, Whole Foods, Amazon, and more. I am an ICF-certified coach, an experienced facilitator, a trained and paid public speaker, and a published author (Entrepreneur.com, Small Biz Daily). I have a BA from Scripps College and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management (my favorite Professor was Oprah Winfrey!).
