Accompagnement des lycéens et des étudiants dans leur réflexion personnelle, à la découverte d'eux-mêmes, et dans leurs choix d'orientation et d'études. Les entretiens sont basés sur des discussions guidées avec les pratiques narratives, des exercices adaptés (arbre de vie, outils des bilans de compétences...), et des enquêtes métiers. Un appui pour les jeunes, et leurs parents, pour aborder l'orientation avec sérénité et efficacité, notamment pendant la période de vœux sur Parcoursup.

Entreprendre un bilan de compétences est un temps guidé privilégié pour faire le point sur ses aspirations profondes, ses atouts personnels et ses capacités professionnelles. C'est être capable de se projeter dans le temps, définir ou confirmer le projet qui correspond aujourd'hui, ou même tout simplement retrouver de l'énergie pour agir positivement. J'accompagne et guide de façon très personnalisée les adultes qui s'engagent dans cette démarche.Le bilan de compétences est finançable par le CPF.

Ma mission en tant que mentor est d'aider les étudiant.e.s à réussir leur parcours de formation certifiante en les guidant chaque semaine sur leurs projets. Je me base sur mes connaissances et ma pratique du métier de formatrice ; c'est surtout un échange entre pairs. Tout au long des séances de mentorat, j'encourage les progrès, je challenge et soutiens les étudiant.e.s pour qu'ils dépassent les difficultés et atteignent leurs objectifs. J'aime et je m'enrichis de la relation de confiance et de partenariat qui s'établit avec chacun.e d'entre eux tout au long de l'année de formation.

Accompagnement de jeunes gens dans la définition d'un projet d'études ou de carrière suite à un cancer. L'association 20 ans 1 projet travaille en partenariat avec des hôpitaux partout en France.
