Identify opportunities for internal workflow improvements regarding customer implementation of the product and work with appropriate management personnel to implement such efficiency changes. Identify opportunities to improve product design, training models, and support material and work to implement such so as to reduce customer support calls and simplify customer implementation for the product. Work with the Product Manager and Development Manager to ensure appropriate prioritization and scheduling of enhancements to the product.

Responsible for the project creation, management and delivery of Practice Management Software. Create and manage teams based on 90 day project plan for initial client set up. Coordination of implementation activities (such as routes, FTP, mapping), timelines, deliverables, customer set up, monitoring production files, rejects and training on the company's suite of software healthcare products. Assemble and manage internal and client based teams for various project responsibilities. Interface with client to schedule file extraction for claims testing. Assist client with establishing a timeline for payer enrollments. Recognize and recommend methodology. Assist with coordinating and conducting offsite and/or internal user group training. Manage client transition to customer support within 90 day window of go live

Supervise International Representatives in six states for international high school exchange organization. Approve placements and monitor them for compliance. Maintain frequent and timely communication with assigned representatives and overseas partners. Work closely with representatives, host families, students and schools in multiple states. Manage conflict resolution in assigned territory. Recruit and interview potential employees. Facilitate training of new staff. Responsible for development of training, procedure and marketing materials. Planning and implementation of student program offerings.

Assist Regional Manager with advertising and recruiting new staff for international, multi-cultural, non-profit high school exchange organization dedicated to promoting world peace and understanding. Process staff contracts. Assist in approving placements and monitoring them for compliance. Provide input into staff motivation and assist Regional Directors in meeting deadlines. Maintain frequent and timely communication with Regional Directors and Overseas Partners. Process staff expense reports. Responsible for assisting Regional Directors with all NEMO (AYUSA database system) related issues.
