Staging• Vacant staging (varies depending on square footage of home, furniture and décor rental needed, and staging labor hours (furniture/decor selection, supervision and styling on staging day, de-staging; estimated cost will be provided as part of the written property recommendations and proposed contract)• Occupied staging (also varies; not available during stay-at-home orders, however, written recommendations are specific so that homeowners can implement on their own)• Follow-up walkthroughs for out-of-town sellers; Q & A for e-consultations.Redesign• Identify minor repairs needed to benefit property sale• Refer reputable contractors for needed services• Recommend paint colors• Provide and source designer-discounted products for redesign including lighting, flooring, countertops, tile, etc.• For short-term rental properties, source and recommend on-trend, functional furnishings and decor at designer discounts; room planning and styling (five-hour minimum).
