Performed in multiple capacities leading multi-year, post-merger, global, cross-domain enterprise business analysis, & solutions architect efforts for building a global Contract Management System (CMS) and Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC) System. Both systems & projects impacted every JHI business area. The core CMS integrated with complex product, distribution, client (operations), & multiple transfer agents’ data. The core GRC integrated with global risks, controls, risk assessments, KRIs, & KPIs for every JHI business area. Both systems had to adhere to compliance rules for each global region. Travelled to London 3 times to help ensure the success of both projects.• Both CMS & GRC: Partnered with leaders from every business area, executive management, multiple internal & Vendor development teams, & multiple Transfer Agent’s development teams to analyze current state processes & global operating models, define requirements with all business areas, & capture data needed for all business areas. Once understood, proposed comprehensive process & design solutions to simplify data capture (via iterative wireframe models), workflows (via swimlane diagrams), reports/reporting (via Excel spreadsheets of all reports/data), & downstream data interfaces (via Excel spreadsheets) based on current state disparate operating models. Additionally, I completed QA testing, prepared training materials, & trained all business areas. • CMS: Through my in-depth research & analysis, I identified numerous global business incongruencies & inconsistencies across multiple business areas, significant risks & risk events, & engineered / presented solution options to Executive Management for decisioning & resolution. As a result of my significant discoveries, the project was placed on an indefinite hold to allow Executive Management time to completely re-engineer the operating models globally for Legal, Compliance, Operations, & Distribution ahead of building the CMS.

Lead the analysis & project management efforts for multiple letters, checks, trade confirms, & statements projects during my tenure at Schwab. Worked closely with every business & technical area at Schwab, our on-site Offshore partners, internal QA teams, & multiple vendors.• Schwab Intelligent Portfolios (SIP) & Institutional Portfolios (IP): Lead the Client Reporting Technology (CRT) effort to project manage, define business requirements, & assist with testing the rapid effort to make changes to ~50 letters, confirms, & statements for rolling out Schwab’s robo advisor in a 3-month timeframe. I organized & managed the entire onshore & offshore teams to work 12–14-hour days to meet in the publicly announced timeframe & deliver a positive client experience with zero production defects.• Corporate Action Application: Defined all business requirements with several business areas & multiple technical teams then worked with IBM’s Team to design, develop & implement the Corporate Action Application to notify clients ahead of mergers, acquisitions, stock splits, etc. I completed QA testing, prepared training materials, & trained all business areas.

The Share Lot Project is the most technically complex, significant, & impactful project I’ve ever led. A massive multi-year effort where we implemented the ‘back out’ plan ahead of “go live.” Architected & prototyped the complex redemption algorithm, then worked with the lead developer to build & implement it. A major feat! Worked closely with the Offshore development team & traveled to India to train them on the complexities of the Share Lots Project to help ensure a successful implementation.• Share Lot Project: Partnered with cross-domain business area experts to understand current state, comprehensively defined requirements for building core share lots, replaced existing CDSC 'buckets' & associated calculations, replaced 12b-1 calculations/compensation, & replaced exchange policy processes with true share lot processing. I created a comprehensive training program & trained Offshore QA, all IT, & all business areas. Implemented with zero production defects.• Oregon & New Mexico 529 College Savings Plans: Completed two 529 College Savings Plan conversions to a new internal system from two outsourced systems (IFDS & BFDS). Learned both current systems, documented current state, defined requirements including all internal/external interfaces, mapped/converted all account & transaction data. Received recognition from Oppenheimer's CIO who complimented my efforts on the Oregon 529 conversion to be the 'most successful conversion we've ever had.’ Implemented with zero production defects.
