As a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I am dedicated to helping others find their vision of well-being and discover their potential. I know everyone has it in them.I specialize in health coaching with a background in fitness that spans 40 years. This industry is my passion. Excitement and enthusiasm are easy when you are doing what you love! My extensive training in yoga and meditation (24 years) are just a fraction of my diversified skill set. My career began with group exercise, and then expanded to personal training (21 years). I recently became a Certified Rock Steady Boxing Coach, a program geared toward slowing the progression of Parkinson’s disease. I teach nutritional cooking classes for both individuals and groups, and I also have conducted wellness talks on various health related topics.
