The Hearing Foundation of Canada is a national non-profit organization for funding medical research, public education, & advocacy. It is committed to eliminating the devastating effects of hearing loss on the lives of Canadians by promoting prevention, early diagnosis, leading edge medical research and successful intervention.

Created profiles and trained members on the use of: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Foursquare, Swarm and Google.*Devised a digital media strategy encompassing new website and email marketing to relay the value of Chamber Membership, attract new members and increase cross-promotions to expand reach.*Researched and wrote an Office Procedure Manual incorporating industry best practices to standardize and elevate customer service.*Deployed an internet-based database/calendar to boost productivity and employee efficiency.*Crafted promotional materials including business cards, flyers and newsletters and introduced a value added service devising an in-house membership display to promote member product offerings.*Mediated a sponsorship agreement with large office supply chain to supply $10,000 in donated furniture.
