With my most recent job I’ve had a lot of opportunity to grow and develop as an employee. The Customer Retention group has been one of my greatest accomplishment. I worked hard to understand what makes a cardholder qualify for retention efforts and how our customer service reps should be responding to them. I appreciate the opportunity that I was able to give suggestions and corrective actions if needed. Listening to the calls also told me if a part of the criteria wasn't working and I needed to do additional research and jump quickly to fix it.

I have strong project management skills that include unit cost tracking, past print and mail history and vendor relationships. I've helped reduce the cost per piece on take ones and direct mail pieces with input from our vendors on creative complexity and customizations.
