I am passionate about the importance of great talent to the success of business.Over a career that spans 30 years, I have been fortunate to have worked in multiple companies that had a real and differentiated approach to making the most of the talented people that worked there.I have led HR and Talent teams that made a real difference in the readiness of the business for growth and the optimization of day to day operations.
