Vice-President, Director of Brand Strategy:In my time at Cornett, I’ve moved from Senior Account Planner to VP and Director of Brand Strategy as a result of a dedicated focus on the success of our clients. My current role means I am a member of the executive leadership group and lead the vision for strategy the agency. I am responsible for the financial growth of our accounts leading brand strategy that drives business growth, managing client accounts, and ultimately serving as an extension of her client’s marketing teams.With our clients, my role includes developing, evaluating and optimizing strategic marketing plans to connect consumers to our brands. That role involves managing and coordinating agency-wide and even client-side teams to ensure our strategies drive creative that results in business growth. I oversee all aspects of managing specific client accounts including estimating work, budgeting projects, coordinating creative production, evaluating project and campaign success and serving those clients as an extension of their marketing teams. My primary client roles including managing and leading strategy for local and national marketing for both VisitLex and Keeneland. Other clients I’ve worked with in recent years include the Busch Light, Gannett, University of Kentucky Athletics, Valvoline and Eagle One Products.

At Upper Right Marketing, I oversaw all client merchandise design for brands like Maker’s Mark Bourbon, Clark Equipment, Keeneland, The Kentucky Bourbon Trail and Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event. With Maker’s Mark Bourbon, I served as account and brand manager for the brand’s retail and promotional products including sourcing for the distillery gift shop, online store and third-party retail accounts. My role including serving as head buyer for Upper Right Marketing, managing inventory and negotiating price structures. My work helped the company generate new business by opening over 50 new, third-party retail accounts.

With Meridian-Chiles and eLink Design, I cut my teeth as an account coordinator, managing projects between clients and our development and creative teams to ensure projects were on time and on budget. I also managed and organized the production schedule for all agency projects as traffic manager
