Seasoned counsel to business clients, negotiating complex commercial agreements, and providing general corporate representation to domestic and international clients, I am an accomplished legal professional with a diverse legal background and broad expertise. I have served as counsel for a consumer electronics manufacturer, negotiated celebrity endorsement agreements with NFL players, defended and prosecuted several multi-million-dollar federal consumer class actions, and overseen commercial operations for an internet marketplace/direct retailer. I have also drafted guidance materials and ran a solo legal practice. I have advised on the legal aspects of business strategy and prepared commercial transaction documents. My areas of expertise include (but are not limited to) corporate planning, advertising law, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, antitrust, and contract issues. Currently, I am licensed to practice law in California and Kentucky and admitted in Colorado under the Single Client Exception.
