Meetings, workshops and presentations everywhere are truly disappointing - even a waste of time. And, not just for the observers and participants, but also for the presenters and trainers. Can you relate? I teach coaches, consultants, entrepreneurs and organizational teams to be dynamic, authentic and powerful trainers and facilitators, and even how to bring in new clients. Why? Because they need clients, engaged employees and, after all why waste busy people's time? With dozens of tools and 20 years of experience, my approach is very "hands-on" and focusses on teaching people how-to be more effective trainers and facilitators. As a result of personalized coaching, incredibly thoughtful feedback and timely support, my clients not only gain the clarity and confidence they need, but more importantly, they realize results they never achieved before... like new clients, increased members and prospect lists, resolved conflicts and even big life changes! A few of my favorite accomplishments are: 1)The time I delivered a training for a social enterprise company on facilitation skills - showing them how to design and deliver meetings (live or virtual) with any size group that accomplishes their objectives and provides huge value to the participants. 2) When I facilitated retreats and workshops on the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, teaching people how to use their self-awareness to grow their businesses and achieve better functioning, healthier teams. 3) Coaching people with big, important life decisions about their careers, their relationships and even holding them accountable to make the changes they want to make. What's not to love about helping people that much?

I co-led a 5-day course called "Agile Facilitation and Coaching Immersion"​ for Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, and technical types who lead Agile teams. It's a wonderful curriculum (drawing from The Coaches Training Institute, Drexler Sibbet's Team Performance Model, Kantor's 4-Player Model, and so many best practices of group facilitation)! It makes such an enormous difference for the participants'​ worklife and it's a blast for me!
