Logistics Coordinator Intern
Current• Manage purchase orders from the customers on a daily basis, including both PO based customers & forecast customers.• Manage 3rd party warehouse inventory & billing on a weekly basis. Continuously refine processes and systems to enhance efficiency accuracy and responsiveness.• Monitor weekly shipping schedules to ensure accurate and timely order processing.• Efficiently address current backorders by coordinating with carriers as inventory becomes available.• Attend to customer inventory requirements through their dedicated portal.• Conduct audits by comparing picking slips against actual shipped quantities to identify any shipping discrepancies.• Manage proper escalation as needed to get the right response and solution from warehouse.• Tracking UPS and FedEx shipments on a daily basis, ensure capture all PODs for future reference.
