Since the age of 16, I have actively utilized my free time during holidays to gain work experience in my city. After completing my Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations, I furthered my education with a diploma in Tourism, culminating in an internship at the Barcelo Hotel in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to work with renowned Mexican and international companies across various sectors, including hospitality, sales, and social development. In 2017, I was honored with the Top Seller Award in Biocodex Pharmaceutical company in Mexico, reflecting my dedication and success in sales.In 2019, driven by a personal commitment to social impact, I earned a Master’s Degree in Children's Rights from the Autonomous University of Madrid. This academic pursuit was complemented by my work with a social organization focused on improving the lives of children.Additionally, I gained international experience working in customer service at a restaurant in downtown London for six months. Currently based in Dubai, I have worked with the Intercontinental Hotel and served as a Business Relationship Manager in the medical field where I gained experence in business developmet. I am now a Senior Client Relationship Officer at IFZA, a leading Free Zone community in Dubai Silicon Oasis.Desde los 16 años durante las vacaciones solía aprovechar el tiempo para trabajar. Culminando mi carrera en Relaciones Internacionales y concentración en turismo, he tenido la oportunidad de laborar en reconocidas empresas mexicanas y trasnacionales en el area de hotelería, ventas y en el Instituto de desarrollo social de México. En mi último empleo en México, en el laboratorio farmaceutico Biocodex obtuve el premio del primer lugar en ventas en 2017. En 2019 terminé una maestría en Derechos de los niños por mi interés personal de colaborar con alguna organización que impacte de forma positiva la vida y necesidades de los niños. Ahora vivo en Dubai donde trabajé por un año en un hotel Intercontinental y en el área médica como Gerente de Relaciones Comerciales donde desarrollé mi habilidad en el desarrollo de negocios (Business Development).Actualmente tengo la position de Oficial de Servicio al Cliente Senior en IFZA, una comunidad de zona franca en Dubai Silicon Oasis.
