FARE (Fostering, Access, Rights, and Equity) is a project funded by the Department of Labor - The Women's Bureau. I coordinate the outreach and collaborate with local restaurants and bars to train Hispanic/Latinx women in this industry. Through education, ongoing support, and resources we navigate topics such as sexual harassment in the workplace, immigration, domestic violence, and more. The goal is to empower women and eliminate barriers, together.
