- Develop and manage event production plans for Ultra Music Festival reporting to Production Director; including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.- Liase with various stakeholders including production, operations, venue managers, artist teams, sponsors and vendors to ensure all aspects of the event's production needs are met.- Coordinate talent agreements; including contracts, rider requirements and DOS logistics as needed.- Coordinate event logistics from Load-in to Load out acting as resource for production, operations and UMF Internal team members.- Help facilitate clear communication among production team members, ensuring all roles and responsibilities are defined and executed as needed by Production Director.

#iVoted Concerts increases voter turnout by producing data-driven concerts on election nights and during early voting periods that let fans in who show a selfie from outside their polling place or at home with a blank and unmarked ballot. In partnership with Johns Hopkins’ University’s SNF Agora Institute, we book talent per the data based on the top trending artists by location and determine which of these artists have the largest civic impact. Our all-women, majority BIPOC C-Suite works in partnership with fellow 501(c)3 non-partisan, non-profit organizations by sharing our data to maximize civic impact and increase citizen participation, particularly amongst historically low-turnout groups.
