About Lesly Soto

A.A Nursing; B.A & M.A Psychology, Bilingual MFT Graduate Student at Pepperdine GSEP, Aliento program for Latinx Communities. My drive to evolve intellectually and personally has led me to take an additional interest in psychology. I am now pursuing my career as a bilingual clinical psychologist with a desire to focus on the immigrant and Juvenile/ at risk youth populations. I have clinical experience in nursing, home health aid, medical terminology, research apprenticeship and manuscript publication. I recently took part in a Cultural Immersion Program SU' 24, where I gained knowledge about the mental health crisis, facilities, programs, and resilience of the people in Puerto Rico. I will be starting therapy practicum, Spring 2025. I am excited to begin this journey and offer something new to the field.
