Assisting and supporting sales personnel in achieving sales outcomes and goals.▪ Assisting the sales administrator in preparing schedules for the sales staff.▪ Answering and responding to customer sales needs and objectives.▪ Updating customer database with sales orders, delivery, and payment details.▪ Coordinating between sales and production departments.▪ Coordinating with marketing teams in reaching set goals and objectives.

▪ Booking all sales invoices and purchase invoices in the system using SAP.▪ Handling monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.▪ Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.▪ Making payments to all suppliers.▪ Making sure that the system stock is tallied in the physical stock.▪ Preparing and sending statements of accounts to all customers.▪ Filing all sales invoices and supplier invoices.
