Branch Control> Directly supervises daily activities in cashiering and tellering > Ensure that branch operating transactions are carried out.> Act as primary custodian of cash and all other accountable items. > Exercises delegated limit in approving daily branch transactions. > Identifies risks and set ups controls to prevent potential losses.

> Processes account opening/maintenance and updates client information according to set standards.> Attends to client requests inquiries and concerns.> Handles Loan Releases> Processing loan applications and documentation.> Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies andrestrictions.> Maintain and update account records.

> Responsible for the day-to-day financial transactions for customers.> Maintaining & Balancing cash drawers

> Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards> Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a “customer comes first” attitude and connecting with the customer. Discovers and responds to customer needs.> Follows operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift
