Celebrate Recovery is a Christ centered 12 step recovery program written by John Baker and Rick Warren at Saddleback Church over 20 years ago. We help individuals recover from their hurts, habits and hang-ups. Began as a volunteer in the start-up at Ridgecrest Baptist Church in 2005. Joined as the Director in 2010. Today in both our prison and public programs we have over 40 volunteers that minister to about 300 people per week and we are growing. More families are getting involved as they feel the pressures of society. We minister to adults, teens and children. Support groups cover a variety of issues as people search for a philosophy of life and the tools to live with a greater sense of peace in their lives.

Our Customized Corporate Solutions division provides full solutions that will bring about specific business results to a company or department. These could include increasing revenue, market share, productivity and profitability. Our seminar business has one day and two day intense tactical coaching on specific issues such as cold calling, doing a performance review and effective meetings, etc. Our public programs group provides longer term coaching programs that produce significant changes in individuals and teams. The programs fall around our core competencies of Sales, Leadership, HR, Communications. Presentations and Team Development.
