Responsible for the successful performance of Kamatics Specialty Bearing and Flexible Drive System design engineering activities and New Product Development group.

- Engineering Manager for Kamatics Flexible Drive Systems business segment.- Multi-discipline team consisting of design, structures, manufacturing and test engineers.- Prime rotating driveline components for flight-critical rotorcraft applications.- Direct the New Product Development activities related to our Drive Systems business unit.

- Lead a cross-functional team of design and manufacturing engineers in the development of flexible drive systems for rotorcraft and fixed-wing aircraft.- New product development (Research & Development).- Static structural and dynamic analysis of critical driveline assemblies.- Material characterization testing.- Project management

- Design of flexible couplings and driveline components for the aerospace and defense industries.- Multi-discipline analysis of aircraft driveline systems.- New product development (Research & Development)- Materials characterization testing (light alloys, composites, ferrous alloys)- Developed a unique diffusion hardening process that significantly improves the tribological properties of titanium alloys, enabling their application in high-load lined bearing systems.

- Variable Stator Vane Actuation & 2.5 Bleed System Design for Kinematic Systems (commercial and military engine programs) - Developed Class I and Class II EC improvements in support of operational military, commercial and advanced engine design - Developed numerous cost reduction tasks that continued to save Pratt & Whitney a combined $500K / year - Provide manufacturing support and engineering direction to all local vendors and machine shops concerning small machined hardware and fasteners - Provide technical support for assembly floor issues to resolve engine line shutdown (ANDON) situations - Responsible for the removal of non-green FORANE HCFC blowing agents from closed-cell molded polyurethane foam material (PWA628) part designs across all OCE engine programs
