Overview:The community manager will be responsible for overseeing all daily content activity on social media networks such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIN, Pinterest, Google+, Snapchat, Youtube and others. Roles and Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain the editorial calendar for all social media activity.- Manage and traffic content through necessary approval channels.- Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media content.- Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of content efforts - Manage scheduling according to other advertising and marketing efforts. - Match strategy according to guidelines. - Collaborate with team members to determine effective strategies for social content efforts.- Customer relations – the Community Manager is often responsible for customer support answering questions and managing any online conversations - Analytics – Using measurement tools to provide reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiativesJob Requirements- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIN, Pinterest, Google+, Snapchat, Youtube, among others) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios- Able to work alongside a range of people and as part of a team- Strategic, operational management skills - Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities- Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving and analytical skills- Outstanding professional writing and verbal communication skills- Project and team management skills

Administration includes content strategy, develop brand awareness, generate inbound traffic and cultivate leads and sales. The Social Media manager is a highly motivated individual with experience and a passion for designing and implementing the Company’s content strategy, creating relevant content, blogging, community participation and leadership.

Responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. The role involves listening to clients and understanding their needs before making design decisions. The designs are required for a huge variety of products and activities, such as websites, advertising, posters, corporate communications and corporate identity, i.e. giving organisations a visual 'brand'.
