• Whole school strategic responsibility for Digital Learning, IT Provision and Online Safety, including line Management of IT, Business, Health & Social Care and Design Technology curriculum area, IT Support team and Catering; where I successfully managed a budget of in excess of £200,000.• Seconded to the core SLT team for System Leadership and development, where I developed the Assessment, Recording and Reporting strategy group, and cross-curricular Teaching and Learning Expert Group.• Led whole school behavioural management change with adapted 'Ready to Learn' with custom systems and software to support a large scale implementation.• Head of cross-MAT Computer Science and IT curriculum team being heavily involved in school review process on the improvement journey for various schools around the South West.• Lead on alternative provision ECDL for Year 11 underachievers increasing the progress 8 by 20% across the school.

• Teaching 11-19 ICT at all ability levels allowed me to demonstrate Outstanding Teaching & Learning. This included creating my own SOW that wasrolled out department-wide for KS3 & KS4.• I pioneered Online testing and submission of coursework, utilising a self-built VLE that benefitted the overall achievement of the pupils, anddeveloped Podcasting as a revision tool and was heavily active in the sixth form in my role as a form tutor and mentor.• Altering the reporting structure and product for the whole school and rebranding our Sixth form. This resulted in a record intake.• I took responsibility for the development of NQT staff in my department and supported Teaching and Learning through the introduction of excitingand practical concepts that were used to bolster and improve results across the department, all whilst studying for the MA.
