My work in the green industry began in the late 80's when I became the General Manager of a large retail/wholesale Nursery and growing operation. 12 acres of nursery stock and 32 greenhouses along with over 700 varieties of perennials gave me a good foundation to start my own Design/Build landscape firm in 1998. We now employ 25 - 30 full time team members in the peak season. Most of my core group has been with me for an average of 15 years! In an industry that is plagued with turnover, I have been blessed with loyal staff that is highly trained.
