Event planning and execution. Running surfing contests with professional paid judging panel and teams from ESA districts all over the Noertheast, from Maine to New Jersey and from Wisconsin to New York. I also assisted with running the Eastern Surfing Championships each year and sat on the ESA's Executive Committee.

Managed various projects for this Distribution & Logistics Consulting firm, including:Design of storage rack, conveyor sortation systems and multi level order picking modules, bid specifications for conveyors, mobile equipment, racking and building contractors. Managed vendor selection, and installation of complex multi-million dollar systems for companies such as:W.W. Grainger, the nation's leader in Maintenance and Repair Supplies.Redesign of two existing regional Distribution Centers and design of two new DC's to accommodate projected growth over the next five years.Quality Stores, the nation's largest Farm & Fleet store chain. Redesigned an existing 450,000 sq. ft. DC, incorporating the design of a 130,000 sq. ft. addition, designed a $2,000,000 conveyor system upgrade, order picking modules and expansion of an existing automated order fulfillment system to accommodate projected growth and store acquisitions.

I covered a seven state Midwest territory, selling sporting goods and apparel to action sport retailers on a wholesale level. I also recruited snowboard, skateboard and wakeboard athletes (including the 2004 World Wakeboard Champion) for manufacturer's sponsorships and promoted products at regional events.
