• Manage and take responsibility for the high level solution architecture of the internal QlikView applications at R&D.• Technically design and implement the data flows, integrations QVD structure.• Design and implement a best practice user interface collaboration with all entities at R&D.• Develop and maintain a measurement system based on QlikView.• Propose and develop measurements for quality of product and processes and project progress.• Design a prototype QlikView application and conduct POC (Proof of Concept) and SiB (Seeing is Believing) at customer site.

• Responsible for innovation of new ideas and techniques which enable the production of Assembly department to achieve greater efficiency, quality, and productivity through ergonomics design, product improvement, parts innovation and changes, equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. • Evaluate and resolve problems regarding function, parts and design.• Prepares Quality Control Information (QCI) addressed to the designer for the requisition of improvement in parts design (cost reduction, design problem, assembly effort reduction)• Maintenance of actuator checkers and simulators by conducting a monthly running test and cleaning to ensure its efficiency. Monitor and maintain the Inspection, Measurement, and Test Equipment (IMTE) to assure it is calibrated to use.• Main role in new Product/Production Transfer. In charge for the preparation of the necessary documents (Assembly Manual, drawings, adjustment standard, IRR, QC Process chart), ARGO data, Production Line (layout, working tables), tools equipments and packaging standard.• Designs jigs to simplify work operation and to provide assembler’s safety and comfort.
