As a Technical Support Engineer I perform administrative duties and maintain the desktop infrastructure. I provide technical support and track and monitor the operational processes for the hardware and software, on-site and cloud. I also recommend suitable software applications and effectively train end users. I troubleshoot and maintain the overall desktop infrastructure both physical and virtual hardware. I was successful in improving the operational systems, processes, policies, better management reporting, information flow management and system planning. I also manage the onsite technical support staff, overseeing customer service to all users including the executive management team.

As a System Administrator I was responsible for the overall maintenance of the server infrastructure. I thoroughly maintained and documented the peripheral devices. I also diagnosed common server issues to ensure timely issue resolution and liaised with support partners on customer specific issues. I also prepared and delivered reports/presentations to the senior management and maintained the availability, reliability and functionality of the servers through proactive monitoring.

During my role as a Senior Portal Administrator I managed the architecture, development, integration, and implementation of the corporate web applications. I was accountable for requirements gathering, project management, vendor relationships, and implementation of portal projects. I thoroughly implemented the SharePoint MOSS 2007 and maintained the business reporting, workflow application, and customer relations management. I assisted in migrating the SharePoint Portal Server 2003 to MOSS 2007 while worked on Citrix, MS SQL Server, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, Microsoft Visual Studio and Business Intelligence, Microsoft Office Suite and K2 blackpoint.
