Responsible for the on time and budget delivery of AC UPS critical power solutions with overall ownership of the process from end to end.

• Organisation and review of all Projects Office staff appraisals, and monitoring of their progress and targets.• Ensure availability of competent personnel to deliver the current projects and where necessary arrange for personnel training and development to meet changing requirements.• Management of local Projects Office resources including resource levels, utilisation and workload continuity.• Specify the training and development requirements for Projects Office personnel (as part of the appraisal process).• Ensure all Projects Office personnel have an agreed Job Description and completed Competency assessment to enable career development and allocation of competent resources to projects.• Support to the recruitment of Projects Office personnel.• Provide support and mentoring to Projects Office personnel including graduates as required.• Performance management for the Projects Office personnel using tools provided (e.g. appraisals, DSPs and PIPs).• Oversight to ensure safe project delivery of the project to time, quality and cost, meeting or exceeding the original project baseline.• Oversight of the delivery of project management services and activities in support of the project.• Oversight of project performance, working with project teams to address issues.• Oversight to ensure procurement and commercial aspects of the projects are managed effectively.• Oversight of Project Review Meeting (PRM) reporting on a monthly basis.• Flow down of the JFN project management procedures and processes to ensure that these are followed by all projects personnel.• Supporting the auditing function within JFN to ensure compliance to the projects procedures.• Input to the selection and implementation of appropriate project management tools.• Involvement in continuous improvement activities within the business, particularly closing out any LFE actions associated with project management.
