I have many years of experience successfully identifiying and assessing risks as well as enforcing rules and regulations in sensitive areas such as AML, KYC, Crossborder, Fraud and Crime.My key asset is identifying and analyzing the relevant metrics (e.g. AML, FATCA, KYC, Cross Border, PEP, Market Conduct, Fiscal topics, Suitability, Fraud, Crime, Negative News Search).I have the experience connecting the individual data and putting them in a proper context. Linking the metrics with e.g. client-specific behavioral patterns, will then provide a meaningful picture of the overall risks involved and will lead to the“red flags” and trigger them. Thanks to my integrity and seniority, I am able to ask the uncomfortable questions.
