After becoming ill in 2011, The Kings Ferry Ltd. Very kindly offered me an alternative job that I could handle, I still found this to be beyond my capabilities at the time and now look after my three year old, who has Cerebral Palsy.

This involved making sure up to ninty drivers arrive for work on time, making sure they have a roadworthy vehicle to drive and are legal to drive i.e. working time directive and licence up to date. The Operations manager for that day should have contingencies in place if vehicle or driver are not fit for work or if the job runs over and a second vehicle or driver are required.
