Duration: 2005 - 2009My responsibilities included the following,Manage daily operations and drive the project Generate 3 week schedules and organise resources Ensure all site safety procedures adhered to Optimise work schedules Maintain communications with clients, architects, engineers and supervisors Major Projects & AchievementsExpedited schedule and slashed operational expenses through change in concrete, enabling forms to be stripped earlier, in full compliance with specification material. Maintained project deadlines through tunnelling delay, continually readjusting crew schedule, directed multiple phases of a $300M Seattle Light Rail project which included bridge and buildings, I coordinated efforts of over 100 personnel at 3 separate work sites. Resolved site issues in collaboration with foremen, and produced lift drawings with site engineering.

My responsibilities included the following,Train employees in OSHA safety standards Investigate and resolve contractual issues Interpret contract documents and ensure sub contractors adhered to safety requirements Conduct remote site visits, liaise with Major Projects & AchievementsOversaw numerous projects totalling over $100M, assured all subcontractors complied with contractual obligations, and coordinated with the military for all 3rd party contact personnel on base contracted with KBR.
